This was and opportunity for the boys aged between  7 and 14 years old to experience or rather show their talents from dance to painting to clay art and even swimming. Special thanks to Pastors Greg and Rene and the volunteers for their continued support and prayers.

The also attended the programme at the library, focussing on personal hygiene.

The boys who attended the holiday programme at Dryden Primary focussed on phonics, comprehension and some fun activities to help with reading. We need more of this because children need to read and understand.

In week two the boys got creative and enjoyed arts and craft and dancing with The Lab: City of Cape Town Arts and recreations. If you visit our facility, you will be welcomed by the boys beautiful art pieces.

They went to the Winter wonders free entry at Kirstenbosch and experience a marshmallow treat and the Drum cafe sponsored a drumming lesson. The boys and the staff who went with was so excited to share their experience.

Marimba Jam group entertained the boys and also tried to teach  them some jamming beats too.

We had a lovely Funday at Wynberg park where the boys interacted in group activities and some sport – cricket, soccer and tennis.

These experiences / memories will always stay with them. After each of these activities the boys spoke about how much they enjoyed it and thanked the relevant groups and staff. They have lots to talk about  for oral when school starts.
